Project Image
As Jen Tiberi’s upholstery business evolved, her original DIY website no longer reflected the depth of her work. I partnered with her to refine both the brand positioning and the site itself.

The project focused on clarifying her role as more than a craftsperson, elevating her studio as a strategic, full-service collaborator. Working within her existing Squarespace template and brand guidelines, I overhauled the messaging, design, and user experience to create a seamless, on-brand digital presence.

Challenge

Jen had built her original website herself, but as her business grew, she no longer had the bandwidth to maintain or evolve it. The existing design felt out of step with the caliber of her projects and the clients she wanted to attract. Her messaging centered heavily on upholstery services, underselling the strategic thinking and creative partnership she brings to custom projects. The site also risked overwhelming visitors or prompting inquiries before they fully understood her process and value.

Goal

The goal was to reposition Tiberi Studios as a full-service creative partner—someone who guides clients through custom-built projects with both artistry and practicality. The website needed to communicate expertise and craftsmanship while feeling elevated and cohesive. It also had to build trust gradually, helping prospective clients understand the process before prompting them to reach out. Ultimately, the site needed to work the way Jen works: thoughtful, hands-on, and detail-driven.

Solution

I began by refining Jen’s brand positioning and reworking the site’s messaging to better reflect her expertise and collaborative approach. From there, I redesigned the website using her existing Squarespace framework as a foundation, refining typography, layout, and visual hierarchy throughout. Kinetic typography, smooth curves, and rich, textural photography reinforce the hands-on craftsmanship of her work while adding energy and polish. Finally, I restructured the site flow to guide visitors naturally through her process, with strategically placed calls to action and a measured reveal of information. The result is a website that not only looks like Tiberi Studios — it works like it, too.
